We provide safe, lightweight, sound-absorbing, versatile composite board solutions for the automotive, marine, outdoor, and recreational vehicle industries.
AeroTek® Composite Board is a lightweight reinforced thermoplastic (LWRT) material composed of polypropylene fiber and glass fiber. It is free from formaldehyde and other toxic chemicals. With its unique composition, AeroTek® is 50% lighter than wood panels. It is available in various options, ranging from 1000-4800g/m2 in mass per unit area and 2.2-10.0mm in sheet thickness. What makes AeroTek stand out is its microcavity-rich porous composite structure, which provides excellent sound-absorbing, thermal insulation properties, water resistant, and fire retardant.
Aerospace technology is used in the manufacturing process to help create the AeroTek Board. AeroTek Composite Boards are composed of polypropylene and fiberglass double-faced and non-woven. We have added a film “FRIM” that allows for significant vibration reduction and noise reduction along with the most flame retardant material available. The FRIM also allows for less glue usage in lamination which helps reduce cost with the OEM manufacturer dealers, and ultimately reduces cost to the end consumers.

Over the years, consumers have continued to request better RVs that are lighter, helping reduce delaminated sidewalls, and less prone to mold and mildew.
We have made RVers’ dream a reality. AeroTek is now the most desirable composite board to replace other fiber board brands in the current marketplace. It is the same technology used in aerospace. But we aren’t stopping there. We continue to evolve and develop new applications for our customers.
